Every year I like to take the week between Christmas and the New Year to reflect on (and celebrate) the events of the year past and say a prayer for the year to come. I encourage you to do the same. It's an awesome exercise in giving praise to the One who made each day possible.

When it comes to gift giving, my mother-in-law has always impressed me with her giving heart and sense of organization. Most impressive to me is not the gifts she finds, but the heart with which she gives them.
